While Mega64 has always been great at trolling random people in public, nobody quite beats the flair for getting arrested as Rémi Gaillard. Rémi is a french YouTube personality famous for documenting his pranks, including dressing up as a player for the winning team at the 2002 Coupe De France where he took part in the winners' celebrations.

Some of his more notable pranks have involved him dressing up as video game characters and causing all sorts of havoc. He really does answer the question: What if video games were real? Most of these videos are fairly old and have gone viral, but they are definitely still worth watching and enjoying.
