Would You Play Games For A Good Cause?

It's pretty amazing when you get to do something you love. It's even more awesome when it's something you love for a good cause! Enter Zeldathon.

Zeldathon is pretty simple in concept. Gamers are currently playing The Legend of Zelda franchise games for 48 hours to help raise money for a good cause. That cause is to help out a pregnant widow. Very recently, tragedy struck and the widow (who only goes by KK on the website) lost her husband to a car crash. Money raised from this event will go to her baby's college fund and allow her to be a single mother.

It's really a great story and that alone raised my interest. But for the greedy bastards out there (Do you trust altruism?) there will be random prize drawings from the pool of donators. You can watch the marathon on the website, donate and hopefully win something cool.
